APPLICATION FOR CHANGE OF INSTITUTION TO GATEWAY POLYTECHNIC, SAAPADE FOR 2016/2017
The Joint Admission And Matriculation Board (JAMB) directed that for you to be offered admission, you are required to visit http://www.jamb.org.ng and select Gateway Polytechnic, Saapade as your First Choice Institution and Change the Course as indicated above, if (applicable).
The amount for Change of Choice is N2, 500.00 which is to be paid on JAMB Website.
Deadline for the JAMB Online Change of Institution/Course (if applicable) is Friday December 9th, 2016.
To change your Institution/Course on JAMB Website kindly follow the steps below:
Go to: http://www.jamb.org.ng
Click Application for Correction of Data
Click here to Proceed
Click Change of Course/Institution
Click here to Proceed
Scroll down the page and Click here to begin button
Click the Create an account button and complete the form
Click login
Click Application for Correction of Data
Select Course/Institution
Enter your JAMB Registration Number and Click Search details button
Select Payment Option
Make payment and print out the necessary documents.
Submit your completed documents/print out to the Academic Office of the Polytechnic.
